I had a wonderful time at Hotel Silk! The large rooms were a real treat, and the Onsen facilities were relaxing. The staff was helpful, even with a bit of a language barrier. The hotel provided a courtesy bus which made getting around a breeze. My only wish is that we could have had a bit more variety in the amenities offered, but overall, it was a great experience. I'd love to return!

I had a fantastic time at Hotel Silk! The facilities were really nice and I appreciated how helpful the staff were, even with the language barrier. The room was spacious and the Onsen facilities were excellent. One downside was that the courtesy bus to the lifts could have been more frequent, but overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely come back!

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Silk! The facilities were solid, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The room I stayed in was quite spacious, and I really appreciated the courtesy bus that helped get me to the lifts. The Onsen facilities were a great addition, and while there was a small language barrier, the staff remained incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I'm definitely looking forward to returning!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Silk. The spacious rooms gave me plenty of comfort, and the Onsen facilities were a real treat. The staff were genuinely helpful, and although there was a bit of a language barrier at times, they made my experience very positive. However, I did wish the ski field was a bit closer, but the courtesy bus made it manageable.
